If your iPad has a switch on the right side (older models), try switching it to the opposite position and see if sound is restored. Otherwise swipe the Control Panel up from the bottom of your iPad and look for the icon of the bell with the line through it &#8211; if it is selected please deselect it.<\/li>\n<li>If the above doesn&#8217;t work, try a hard reset of the iPad &#8211; hold down the Power and Home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo.<\/li>\n<li>One more potential fix &#8211; make sure you&#8217;ve quit Zoombinis. Launch it again. Once it launches and you get to the &#8220;Choose Your Game&#8221; screen, don&#8217;t click on one of the saved games &#8211; click on the small &#8220;watch intro&#8221; text in the upper right of the dialog box. The Zoombinis movie will start playing &#8211; you may see a movie progress slider at the top and a volume slider at the bottom left, or you may need to tap the screen once or twice to see this &#8211; once you see it, make sure the volume slider is at its midpoint or even further to the right. We&#8217;ve had at least one report that the volume slider was all the way to the left and this turned off sound throughout the game.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t    <\/div><div class=\"card\"><div class=\"card-header\" id=\"headingfaq-82\">\n\t\t\t\t        <h5 class=\"mb-0\">\n\t\t\t\t          <button class=\"btn btn-link\" type=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapsefaq-82\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapsefaq-82\">\n\t\t\t\t            I remember the Zoombinis have \"feet\" sounds as they move - will those be restored?\n\t\t\t\t          <\/button>\n\t\t\t\t        <\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t      <div id=\"collapsefaq-82\" class=\"collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"headingfaq-82\" data-parent=\"#accordion-41\">\n\t\t\t\t        <div class=\"card-body\"><p>The sounds were in our pre-release builds but we ran into technical issues and in scenes where multiple Zoombinis were moving it resulted in a cacophony. We still hope to bring them back someday.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t    <\/div><div class=\"card\"><div class=\"card-header\" id=\"headingfaq-806\">\n\t\t\t\t        <h5 class=\"mb-0\">\n\t\t\t\t          <button class=\"btn btn-link\" type=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapsefaq-806\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapsefaq-806\">\n\t\t\t\t            Are you going to make an iPhone version?\n\t\t\t\t          <\/button>\n\t\t\t\t        <\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t      <div id=\"collapsefaq-806\" class=\"collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"headingfaq-806\" data-parent=\"#accordion-41\">\n\t\t\t\t        <div class=\"card-body\"><p>Several of the puzzles in Zoombinis &#8211; Titanic Tattooed Toads, Mirror Machine, the higher levels of Hotel Dimensia, etc. &#8211; aren&#8217;t really playable on an iPhone size screen except for perhaps the largest of iPhone screens. We would like to do an iPhone version by adapting these puzzles for a smaller screen but have no active plans to do so at this time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t    <\/div><div class=\"card\"><div class=\"card-header\" id=\"headingfaq-503\">\n\t\t\t\t        <h5 class=\"mb-0\">\n\t\t\t\t          <button class=\"btn btn-link\" type=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapsefaq-503\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapsefaq-503\">\n\t\t\t\t            What about the two Zoombinis sequels - Mountain Rescue and Island Odyssey?\n\t\t\t\t          <\/button>\n\t\t\t\t        <\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t      <div id=\"collapsefaq-503\" class=\"collapse\" aria-labelledby=\"headingfaq-503\" data-parent=\"#accordion-41\">\n\t\t\t\t        <div class=\"card-body\"><p>We would like to do more Zoombinis games, but have no active plans to do so at this time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t      <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t    <\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"is-style-default wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Get a Refund<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds for Zoombinis for the iPad must be requested through Apple.
