Hello There, my name is Alexander and I was a self employed Painter and Decorator for the last 20 years, running my own business.
I decided a few months ago that I wanted to enjoy my true passion - 'the great outdoors' as I spend most of my weekends walking in the mountains and I really enjoy my sports as I am a keen swimmer too.
I decided it would be a fantastic idea to have a job which enables me to be outdoors each day in the fresh air near green
space! - as its my great passion and nature is very close to my heart.
My daughter Nicolle came up with the idea of dog walking as I had always taken friends dogs with me to the mountains for companionship and to see a dog enjoy themselves running free and tired at the end of the day is the best feeling ever! I was a bit reluctant at first to have the confidence to make the break and try to make this work - but here I am in the process of starting this business, but I am going to take my time, meet people and their dogs and take their dogs out on a free trial basis to see if we get on and they get on with the other dogs - I will give you an overall assessment of your dog as I want everyone to be happy and be Pals!
I aim to provide a dog walking service here in Glasgow - Most areas covered! I've started the company called - Elite Dog Walking, and I aim to look after your dog by giving him a good 2 hour healthy walk in the countryside each day for a modest £8.00 per daily walk which does not include transportation time - (your dog will essentially be away from home for 3 hours or more) with lots of play and exercise - a healthy dog is a happy dog - and you cant put a price on your best friend!
The company is called 'Elite' due to the fact I want to provide a specialised service of great care and companionship for your dogs welfare - I am a true dog lover, although I am strict with them, I am fair in order to keep everyone on the right track to have good healthy walks and play and I do prefer all dogs to be off the lead and running free so they can all socialise, play well and have a good “sniff” of the wonderful nature around them!
I am also a keen hill walker and swimmer, so I love the outdoors and the countryside and I will be rotating walking areas to give the dogs new places to explore - I will do a rota so everyone can get fitted in - I work 5 days a week Monday to Friday - and I do 2 shifts - Morning Walks and Afternoon walks. Your dog will be away for a full morning or a full afternoon which in all takes about 3 hours.
I will be taking your dogs out to Murdock Country Park deep into the bluebells woods and afar, for a good 2 hour walk with ball throwing exercises to get the dogs lots of exercise as I think its important that they go home - very tired, but please be assured - they are very happy! Their little tails swing high the whole time - and they are in their element and they love to socialise with other dogs.
Its a Friendly and Reliable Dog Walking Service and I am Fully Insured with PET BUSINESS INSURANCE. I have been fully vetted under their supervision and visit. I am a fully certified First Aider and also pose a Full Clean Drivers licence, I have recently completed a full police check which I can provide on request.
I can provide references from my current clients that I have - and they will give me shining reviews should you want to get in touch with them to pass dog experience and on how I have transformed their dogs.
I have brand new fully air conditioned van which has four large custom built spaces for each dog (fully carpeted for comfort!) which has been approved by the RSPCA with flying colours & the added luxury stamp!I would like to come to meet you and your dog or alternatively come to my home and you can ask all the questions that you require to know.
I understand that people love their dogs dearly and they are an important member of the family, however its so hard these days to juggle work, family relaxation and leisure time in such busy schedules.
I want to help you out here, so that you still receive the love and companionship your dog brings to the family home, and for you to feel relaxed that your dog is getting all his play, exercise and socialisation with other dogs when your not around, so when you come home you don’t feel guilty that your dog isn’t having his proper daily walks that dogs really do need daily to be fit and healthy and generally to be a happy tail wagging dog!
I will come daily to your home for pickup - when you maybe at work, (you will have to provide me with the key and instructions on your dogs routine) - pick up your dog, and take him in the doggy van to the countryside for a good walk with play and exercise - (this is a 2 hour walk in the countryside) - let them have the time of their life with plenty exercise and socialisation with my other dogs - after their 2 hours of fun and walking - wipe up all mucky paws - drop off service back home - (if you provide your key) your dog will be let back in and ill make sure he has fresh water left - your dog can tell you all about his day when you get home from work!
I understand many people go on holiday, or from time to time need care for their dogs in a very safe homely environment. As dog owners well know, Kennels are not a great experience and you will be very lucky to get your dog to talk to you for a 
month on your return as many dogs find it traumatic. Dogs are sociable animals who need care, comfort and a little cuddle like the rest of us! I provide boarding at my home with twice daily, 2 hours walks with me in my business.
Your dog will spend most of the time with me walking in the day and at night - a luxurious comfortable home to stay in with great care and attention - you would be welcome to see my 5 stars home and care routine!.
